ABOUT US:
Tiner International School of Beauty was opened in September 1995 by a highly qualified beautician and fashion and art designer- Mrs. Ruth .T. Kibirige. The School has built up a strong reputation for its quality of training over the years and has steadily grown in terms of the number of courses offered and also the number of students. We are an internationally recognized school, registered to examine our students for City and Guild certificates.

Tiner International School of Beauty offers courses to both men and women with or without prior experience. The School is a member of following organisations:
  • The British Council Management Forum
  • Uganda Association of Private Vocational Institutions
  • National Curriculum Development Council
  • Uganda Vocational Qualification Framework
  • National Organization of Beauticians and Hairdressers of Uganda
The School’s Programmes are designed to fit in everyone’s needs. The courses are divided into modules to enable students to learn step by step. We conduct training for the candidates of Miss Tourism pageants as well as for many other popular beauty pageants in Uganda and abroad.
